And yet, you know, it's amazing to me that we do not eat more rabbit in this country. You know, I have me spend a lot of time in Europe. It's like, you know, everybody eats rabbit. Nobody even thinks about it. And yet, for some reason, it never seems like anybody eats rabbit. I don't know why. I used to know people that raised rabbits and seeing the meal was a whole lot easier to deal with than chickens. But I don't know. I'm not sure I am. I mean, I don't know. But yeah, I love rabbit. So, yeah, that's what we're doing. Rabbit and chorizo and clams and prongs and all kinds of good stuff in the Baye at a night. So, I'm looking forward to it. Yum. Artichoke crowns, you know. Oh, boy.
