It is little lumps and of course locally they're referred to also as cheese turds but it tastes pretty good and they're a little lumpy, they're quite mild. If you serve them, it's all good like a french fry and they come in a little basket like a new fries. It's just a different thing. It's kind of like deep fries that are strange cheese. It's in that flavors zone. But anyway, again, the other thing about the AW here in town, which anybody who's a root beer aficionado, is they also have like an AW museum with products going back into the 1920s glasses and cans.
