So did you have a device pop on you today? No, actually I didn't. I legitimately found a thing called the Capacitor Alarm Clock. The plans for it are on GitHub. There are 3D prints and PCB designs for it, and you can build your own if you are the heaviest sleeper you know. And imagine that a metal capacitor would really give a wake up call. Yeah, there's a demo video which I am told demonstrates that pretty aptly about 10 minutes in. It's nice and it's nice and quiet, and then there's a big bang and yeah, explodio. And a trip to the ER for shrapnel removal. Hahaha. Interesting plan. You know, what prompted somebody to come up with that one? I have nothing going on today.
