wind shear. And that system is still not considered a tropical storm yet. It is potential tropical storm one. And if it takes on a name it would be Arthur. The Pacific has already had three. Its last one was Christina. And you still, and you got to remember even though the Pacific is warm so is the Gulf. And so you can get home grown storms. And in fact if they get hurricanes in the Pacific base and they would be close they would form closer to the United States than way out because of wind shears. So it's an interesting situation. And you know the ocean waters whether we're talking Pacific or Atlantic are still warmer than average.
