The readability tree there, what I said was when you use that, I assume you're on a handheld, you're down by Lake Washington. The Cougar Mountain receiver is the one that hears you, so the best way to do that, use your body as a reflector, hold the handheld out in front of you, pointed toward Cougar Mountain, and that seems to work pretty well.
