I had just about moved out there, but I would have up there in Cora, either for a while, and then Aptos and Rio de Mar, Santa Cruz, yeah, it rains pretty much nine months out of the year. In December time, the fog bell doesn't even list, so like three o'clock in the afternoon. So I understand that. I like it out there, but I love it. Southern California was, well, I can't afford it down there, so the car, I've ordered it a little more. It's all right, Mel. It's great over here in Tucson, but it's hot. Got 90 degrees right now in the garage. Garage door's open, got the ceiling fan going. And now the coombugs are flying around everywhere. So, yeah, that's kind of weird coombugs out there. They're on time for once in the last four years. Now the moment of soon to get in over here, so we'll see if it's gonna happen.
