fighting traffic that I was not expecting tonight. Not used to seeing unless it was a Mariners game or something tonight. I don't know. I don't think there's a soccer game going on tonight but either way it's traffic is a little snarled up here on Spokane Street trying to get on the I-5 but you know is what it is. Yeah don't go to what going on just worked on some trains today had a good day at work. Did a little workout after work which is always a good thing to do you know keeping shape. Round is a shape but it's not shape I want to be in anymore so we're working on fixing that and about a month ago when I started doing this little workout with the crew at work here I could barely do 10 push-ups in one setting and now I can get I can get 30 or 40 in a setting in a single single round I would wrap much rather split it up into a couple rounds because that to me that gives you a more
