Tammy, I am blown away at the idea of this hot works gym where you take a spin class inside of a sauna. That sounds insane and also I totally understand now why Robert was saying that he feels dead after the workout tonight. But it also sounds really interesting and I imagine it's a way of getting really high intensity exercise in a relatively compact amount of time which I really like just like for efficiency. You know like you're getting the sauna and you're getting the workout and it's all compressed in one experience. So that sounds really interesting and that's the first time I've heard of anything like that. So anyway I'll be interested in hearing more about it over time potentially. And I'll just come in quickly on field day. I got a request.
