start the thing off with a one mile run and you got to finish with a one mile run. Very difficult. Dedicated to a gentleman by the name of Michael Murphy. I really don't have anybody in my family that I've lost in a war. But during this time I watch a lot of war movies. And one of my favorite war movies is The Lone Survivor. The Lone Survivor that is Marcus LaTrell. He was the Lone Survivor out of a four man group over in Afghanistan. Michael Murphy, Marcus LaTrell, Matthew Axelson and Denny Deats were out and they were trying to find a high value target and they were caught by a goat's herdsman. And they decided to let him go instead of shoot him.
