Neptune is rising about 1.30 a.m. this week over Neptune towards the southeast in the morning sky before sunrise. Neptune is in the constellation of Pisces shining at magnitude 7.8. For dorp plants we have Ceres rising about 4 a.m. this week. Ceres can be spotted low to the east in the morning sky before sunrise. Ceres is in the constellation of Taurus shining at magnitude 8.9.
