It's as high as it's going to get in the western sky right after sunset. So now is a great time to see if you can spot Mercury to the west, just above the western horizon. Mercury will be stationary on the 28th, meaning that it either appears to move forward or backward or relative to the background skies on that date. Mercury is setting about 0.935 pm.
