Alrighty, I don't know all the answers, I may need to stretch on this one, but one thing I do know is that you don't want to charge a battery with just a power supply. You want to have an actual battery charger that can read the battery, so you won't ruin your battery. And talking and charging is usually a bad idea because you will get noise. Unless you're set up just right, you will get noise from the battery charger. So, you know, take that for what is first there, in for UPC.
