and then it would be absolutely beautiful. But we can grumble, at least so far today it hasn't reigned so that's always good. And then I had some fascial therapy today, trying to help me with my balance a little bit. It's been struggling my back issues and the sinkage don't eat balance when I'm walking. So I'm carrying myself apparently so, getting a little bit of fascial today. Definitely feel like I've been worked out that's for sure. But giving some exercises to do and I'll be back again in a few weeks so we'll see how we go with that. And the fact for that, I've been playing a little bit of redo in the background. I've always got the SP8 running here by La Warke away. And yeah there's quite a few date side stations coming in and the 17 metre band. But conditions just aren't quite right yet but maybe the long proof is that the decontinues are gale.
