Well, good morning Chase 7, PJC Phil located. I have a North Capitol Hill, so both Eos, where I'm looking out over Lake Union in the sound. My percent cabo on the cabo scale, blue skies everywhere. It's already 63 degrees. It's a little cooler than yesterday. I just a few degrees. Looking out over the Olympics, the snow is still about the same. I can see from my vantage point. Actually, it's still quite a lot. I'm kind of thinking it's more than years past, but it's nice to see being a beautiful day out there. Brown MERS 30.03 and it's time to get out there and enjoy it.
