for shipping and then you just put it where you want it, cut the plastic, let it expand out and then let it sit so that it completely expands and then you use it. So when I get home on Thursday I can take the mattress over to the truck and let that expand out but the, how do you call it, the mattress topper in the truck and see if that makes a difference. I should have just taken my old mattress out of the old truck, switched it out. Well they probably wouldn't put a new mattress in there anyway so if I had just taken it, it probably wouldn't have been a problem because it was about three years old but it was comfortable with the mattress topper.
