You know, there is a thing here. It says if your console is stuck in German, you want to change it back to English. It specifically tells you select the settings, which is Einstein-Logan. It's a POG icon. Just go down a select system, which is got cube icon. It tells you step by step right here how to change it right back into a stuck German.
