That would have been 1956, 1957. And the station I worked for was CKLN in Nelson British Columbia, a small station there. But they had an immense library of some 20 to 25,078 RPMs that went back to the 20s. And a while later, the station was rebranded and came out as CKC 1390 on the dial at that time. And I had always tried to find out what happened to all of the records, but they seemed to have disappeared into thin air. Which kind of made me unhappy because I always remembered playing some of them while I was at the station. In any event, I don't know if anybody has ever heard of a singer called Katarina Volenti. She used to play around a lot on TV with some of the guys from the Rat Pack. And I kind of loved her voice as she did a couple of major tunes.
