That sounds like a fantastic afternoon doing some macro photography and not drawing any untoward attention. I like that. Now I had a question, I still have my set of extension tubes for macro work and my idea was always to do it without tripod. So just do handheld, I think you mentioned that the other day too. So do you have a set of extension tubes? I've seen some people have pretty interesting set ups. I just ordered a small tripod actually, but should come in a few days, so that I can go and take pictures a little more stably because the handheld macro photography is also an excellent.
