saw the lightning strike a tree about 40 or 50 yards away. And it didn't take down the tree, it didn't break off any branches, but it, it, it, you could see later about 10, well, 5, 6, 7, 10 feet of bark gone from where it struck and went toward the ground or came up from the ground or whatever they do. And they, you know, they say that lightning comes up from the ground now. But anyway, yeah, so that was close, but nothing that defected the electronics in the house, which back in the 50s, therefore, it wasn't much there except, you know, a TV and a radios.
