when you're drunk and young, fooling around with friends, who knows? But how many times have you done something as simple as, you know, you go to perform a task that you've done a million times and you forget to secure, like me, every once in a while I jump in the truck to drive away and I forget to put on the seat belt. You hear about people that jump out of an airplane and forgot to put their parachute on. Sometimes, you know, repetition without a checklist causes some issues.
