Are you situated well away from a wash? Oh yeah, we're actually up on a ridge line. So there's no danger of flooding where I am. But there are a few areas not too far away that are along some creeks and such. They could have a little trouble if it gets too bad. We'll see what ended. A little town I'm in a few years back. There was some really heavy storms that made the Blanco River come up out of its banks. Several people lost their lives and that flood. They were in houses along the river and it rose so quickly they couldn't get out. Yeah, just amazing. And then the story, what was last year about the river that rose to camp and just devastation.
