I'll be leaving the call just after I talk here a bit and start my work until it gets a little bit warm and then come in for a while. Well, I guess you'll be coming in back inside very quickly. I didn't get the windows and doors closed soon enough this morning. I already started importing some of the heat rise. But yeah, up here in Metavista we have the same wonderful play that sticks to everything when it gets wet. But up here in Metavista you dig down about 10, 12 inches and then you're into solid granite so it even gets better. Yeah, I don't have that problem, thank God, but it is pretty darn hard, pretty hard. Anyway, other than that, I'm just going to turn it back over to you and thanks for calling
