I really want to do like a barbecue road trip in Texas. That's what my wife wanted. I want to drive down there and go from places to places. Obviously not in the big cities because some of the barbecue joints in the bigger cities often kind of an exception. But most of the barbecue places in the bigger cities are not really my fourth day. Your country side, roadside sort of barbecue joints. I really want to go visit. I do love me some good barbecue there, Jack, their guide. People at the Spencer Irby measured it before, but I love delicious smoked meats. Cooked well. Cooked over an open fire or on a my steak burner just to bear this. Low, slow, cooked.
