I think an 8EX Calf by VSSR, it would be nice to have those kind of programs still going on, Jess. I think you're right though that when you stop moving, it's good for you. So that's why I always say, start in your driveway, you know. And just walk back and forth a while and do it a few times a day. You'd be amazed, you know. Start out small, start moving out a little bit, you know. Walk to the end of the street and walk back, you know. Walk to the end of the street, walk back. But, you know, so it's a good way to start and it's good for you. There isn't a doctor that won't tell you walking is not good for you. So totally, totally agree with that and it keeps your blood pressure down. And your heart will be in better shape even if you don't lose weight. Your heart is, will benefit from it. And I'm sure Jeff will confirm that. But in most cases anyway, it cannot be bad for you. So, but it's good to have you out here and I know you're ready to be headed home. Sounds like you can have a nice little time off. So back to you, Jeff. This is repeater station Kilo Q. Very clear, we're at version A. I still have a manger we have located in shelter 1. 30 minutes of brisk walking a day, 5 times a week for 150 minutes total per week. And with the heart health it's great. And also every time you bring you, you do bring that pulse up to about 120 or that. You know, you're kind of pushing it. You want to get a little of that workout. You decrease your insulin resistance for 24 hours. And so you ward off the effects of possibly pre-diabetes, diabetes type 2. And then for patients that do have diabetes, it does mean that you will take, we can take less medicine to control it. So, very good, stay active. And yes, I am, I feel like I'm ready to punch out for the two weeks and get a break here. And that, we've had a little bit of excitement on that. And so it's always fun when I need to get refreshed and then I'll come back in a couple weeks and do another set. So, nothing else here. So thank you for doing that. And everyone take care and ADX.
