Good afternoon Robert. Yep, it's Will KJ5, Gulf Whiskey and November. From my cloudy and cool 70 degree Oklahoma City. So let's give up the 80 story, but if it's cloudy, I know it gets up about high. So anyway, I'm not doing too much here. Just listen to a little TV and listen to the radio. So anyway, back up to you Robert. This is KJ5, Gulf Whiskey and November. Well that sounds fantastic and yes, if it's cloudy that definitely helps. Well it also helps keep the heat that's already down in. So it's kind of that double flexed sort a little bit there. So yeah, hopefully you're able to see. We've got a beautiful breeze on us and we've got water on either side of us kind of. So that helps out tremendously with the heat. Where we are in the breeze is just fantastic.
