and everyone on the net and happy birthday tomorrow. So, you know, um, I think running, I had a bad experience with running. Oh, it's been a while now, but, uh, thought I was gonna get up and pick up jogging and, uh, yeah, well, after a few days, uh, I didn't hardly walk and ended up going in to the doctor. She said I had a torn, uh, meniscus, I think it was, but, uh, anyhow, so she gave me a shot of cortisone and sent me on my way. The next day I was in Denver for, like, a week and had to walk all over the place for a conference and, boy, it was just, I could barely, barely walk and so ended up coming back and, uh, going in and they actually had x-rays this time and, yeah, compression fractures, so, yeah, that was quite painful, but, uh, anyhow, I guess, uh, I don't run anymore, but I do, like, ride my bike, um, so I do that. And that's easier on the knees and, you know, I went with my sports medicine doctor and he told me it was okay to do that, so, but that's what I do now. Anyhow, uh, I'm gonna send it back to you, Jeanette. Beep.
