So this evening you're probably going to be net host for the Insomniac Net question mark. And yeah I've ridden bikes for a long time even though I got really really hurt bad. I can't ride outside anymore I don't want to risk another fall. I can only rebuild my legs so many times. But I do ride inside on a peloton. It's a ride. There's also an app called Swift app I bet you know it Scott. We use that too. We have a couple bikes. But anyway I appreciate you being here.
