Thanks Jeanette for sending it back when we're done. A few after thoughts. You know what you said a few minutes ago, and Jay mentioned it too, but that is true. Walking is probably one of the best exercises for you. And I wanted to go out and like, there's a couple trails and stuff, not that I have to be on them all, but I've got to get myself to do that. Because what I do, like when you said how do things change? I love when it comes to sports, my number one is weightlifting. I love weightlifting. And I'm not big, but I took a break from it back in January. And I said well I'll let the bad weather go back. Well that break ended up, I haven't been back in the gym but maybe once since. So I basically let the last six months go by. And I got to stop that. I got to get back into the gym. But see here again with my age and I'm elder, I can't go in and expect to lift weights like I used to. And it can also be a little dangerous. So you have to look at that stuff. But I'll leave you with this, the line I've heard and there's many of them out there. But a man who feels at the age of 80 that he can do what he did back when he was 18 is a fool because we changed and boy do we. But the one thing you mentioned I would pass along is when you do get older falls become a big thing. It's just a matter of when and if when you're going to fall. So you really, really got to look out for that. And for many years I've had a problem with vertigo so I have to deal with that at times. So in fact I'm going to be going to physical therapy this coming week for what I believe three weeks ago was another loose crystal. It may have dissipated but I'm still going to go. Let me send it back to you. N.A.T.D.D.
