Alright, WB4JEE, I have a couple comments. The first comment is, yes, running is hard on your knees, and cycling can be hard on your knees if your seat and stuff is not tweaked right. I will also tell you, though, that walking is good for you. It's even good for your knees. So, you know, if you... What I try to do is if there's softer, you know, ground, don't stay on hard ground the whole time. And don't run, just walk. Walking is so good for your heart, you just wouldn't believe it. It really does, it helps blood pressure and a lot of other things. And I take ADHD medication and they didn't subscribe me, anything like that. And if they would have tried, I'd say, look, I'm not depressed, okay? There's a difference. Of course, they always ask you that, and I'm like, nah, I ain't depressed. I'll let you know. I said, you want to give me those pills that make me depressed? They're like, no. Alright, well, there you go. And thank you for the kudos to my birthday.
