It is beyond me sometimes. The thing that broke everything, I think, was that it has dual active VFOs. But they didn't follow through with what that means all the way to the computer interface. Telling perhaps is, for example, the word packet, as in packet radio, appears in the user guide exactly twice. And it only refers to my packet, which is an APRS thing. They have copious information about how to do RTTY and FTA, and that kind of stuff. But packet radio doesn't exist at the user manual.
