You only push it so far and then you can only stretch your muscles so far and then eventually they kind of reorder it says this, that's it. But so you want to get that everything loose as possible now so you don't have to wind up going back in and putting out on a tape operator table and manipulating your muscles through anesthesia that doesn't sound like fun to me at all.
