Hayward has more sunshine in the Bay Area. The gray wall that comes in in the day that lowers the temperatures in the 50s and all. Over in Haywood across the Bay there you can have a barbecue and an outback and all. You get more sunshine and that may be one of the reasons here. Not too much here.
