And this was a study that was evolving about 4,000 adults aged 19 to 94. And they found that brain health can improve regardless of one's age. And this was a direct challenge to the widely held belief that mental sharpness inevitably declines as we get older. Volunteers in a study spent a few minutes each day, I was around 50 minutes each day, on brain training activities. And researchers discovered that there was measurable gains in multiple aspects of brain health, such as thinking clarity, emotional well-being, and sense of purpose to stopping.
