And as I was studying, it was evolving about 4,000 adults aged 19 to 94. And it found that brain health improved regardless of one's age. And this was a direct challenge to the widely held belief that mental sharpness inevitably declines as we get older. Volunteers in a study spent a few minutes each day, I was around 50 minutes each day, on brain training activities. And researchers discovered that there was measurable gains in multiple aspects of brain health such as thinking clarity, emotional well-being, and sense of purpose in stopping.
