there is model consensus. There's a couple of the models that come out of the Monterey office that are saying that by the 6th of August, around the second week that we go into the round the 6th and 7th of August, that the Pacific high pressure that normally sits off the coast and the desert southwest high, that starts to move west further. And the high off of the coast starts to move east. And pressure systems come together. Now, if that happens, California could have a major heat wave. And it would be their first one of the season. Now, last month, the same scenario came up with a couple of models. And it didn't happen. So what they're telling people is, take this with a grain of salt, because that's almost two weeks out. And we'll see what happens. Because those models are a long ways out, more than seven days. They're out there still in Mala land out of our forecast period. So we'll see. So for the immediate future, enjoy. Enjoy at or below normal temperatures for another few days. And a slow warming maybe next week, but nothing that's going to be really, really severe. Back to you, Ariane, and then we'll talk about where all the hot weather is. WB6PTA.
