Okay, Barry. Well, thank you for all that information and comments there. Good to hear you out there. And oh, I know the other thing I was going to say was when I was living in Houston, they used to have these places you would see all over the town that would sell plates. And so I think that's kind of similar to what you're saying there. They would cook one or two things and sell a plate. Is that kind of what you're thinking, finding good things to make or things that you make well and then selling them?
