funny and again it's not the only thing I do you know take it up with work time but you know if the boy because you know like you were saying about cleaning up well yeah that's part for the course and you got to think about every little thing you do you've got to follow up with cleaning it up but also hey you know what if you're doing stuff and you're having to get up in the kitchen guess what it's actually on a funny side help you burn calories but you know so is it possible to enjoy food and still be pretty mobile and then actually have that help you you know as we get older and along with all the fishing you can do in the in the ice pond and be out there I'm sure that's sure I'll keep you in shape too so just trying to think all of those things I guess but it's usually do a great job on the net Scott and glad to tune in and hearing everybody's interesting conversation so you
