I mix it a little with other dough. So that all worked out, but I'll say the blunder early on, when I tried to use parchment paper originally. And I think I just think that I should do things incrementally and where someone might come along and say, no, don't do it that way. So I finally realized after a bunch of pizzas that you do need to flour it a lot more. But yeah, I've had a few where I went to take it out of the oven or maybe put it in and it slipped off what do they call that, the pizza peel and just slap right on the door of the oven. So there goes dinner. I probably think I probably tried to salvage it. Aside from that, I've gotten a little crazy which stuff even like this may sound funny.
