You go to the store and all the things you pick, even vegetables, you've got to be careful because now you're kind of committed to get it cooked before it might go bad. So I've had lots of good stuff and lots of bad ones and you mentioned the pizza. I've been cooking pizza for five, six years and you realize the limitations of your equipment are not and what things you want to buy. So yeah, I've been through the whole thing with the stone and early on what you were mentioning about the sticking and the biggest thing on a home home oven, if you don't have a high-end one, which I don't have now, as soon as you open the door, your temperature just drops a lot. So I've managed to, I get some really good dough, Italian dough on Amazon.
