nurse practitioner and I'm going to get the psychiatric mental health so we can do more diversified treatments in the clinic. And also we're doing a lot of it right now so I just need to add that extra scope of practice. And so it's about a one and a half year program and that I do clinicals and then I can do my board certs and hope people ask and that. But one of the things with cooking too is I really don't like measuring anything. I cook by titration and that and so you know my advice on my wife's not too because she is very specific and she wants to know when I was boiling and all that I put this spaghetti in my mouth. That's two minutes and did that last night and that didn't go over well. I remind it was reminded why there's timers on the stove and so it's different philosophies there but I encourage everyone you know baking you can't get a really get away with that because it needs to exact for things to rise in that but yeah I cook by titration so that's my advice for tonight.
