So the way he is deemed it is the sky is stuck in this pattern until something comes through big and changes it there. Well, what would that big change be? I mean, like you said, we are in that pattern of El Nino and are we going to see any major shifts in the patterns? Or are we just in this for a while? Well, in El Nino really hasn't gotten started yet. So my guess is the Midwest up into parts of the Midwest, the Pacific Northwest, and the northern states and all the way up to Canada is going to dry out as El Nino really gets going because that's what's happening.
