And when they call for extreme heat, that's heat that could make you sick and has even been known to kill people if you don't pay attention and cause serious heat stroke. It's hot and it's dry. And temperatures today can be over 100. I just checked the hourly data last hour. Many of the valley areas are well over 100. They're well over 100.
