Yep, fond memories of doing production down out of the Houston area, and I'm still trying to remember the restaurant. Maybe you know what it is. I think it was east of Houston, that big old two-story wooden structure that specialized in alligator. I tell people about that ago, a restaurant that specializes in alligator dishes, yeah, it exists. Roger, it might have been top of those, I don't know if it was or not, but that's the Cajun restaurant that does serve alligator here. You know, it's been a number of years since I went there, but I just remember what a wonderful experience and you know, no reason to avoid alligator on the menu the next time, but it's all in the sauces and the spices.
