And yeah, I think many areas where we're a little concerned going into the summer months as well that we just don't have the snowpack to keep things, you know, to keep the rivers running at good levels and have the moisture content. So potentially for a big wildfire season for us as well out this way. So thunderstorms and rain overnight, you know, I remember those types of events in the Midwest and man that wet earth smell with your windows open at night, hard to beat that.
