we get you in there Glenn and yeah I enjoy the progress reports so yeah definitely post those that's some cool stuff. And you know I think mom and grandma made, they made their stuff and you recently can't replicate it as one of two things. One they made it with a special kind of love that nobody can replicate or two they held back some ingredients just so nobody could actually make it as good as them. And yeah as far as starving goes I had bad subject for me like I said I was out you know over three hours on the bike this morning and when you're you know high cardio for three hours plus your body's hungry and when I got back about 15 minutes before the net so I had to boot everything up and get going so I am starving especially yeah as soon as the net's over I'm going to be probably starting off with some eggs and who knows what else but anyway I'm glad we got you there and I got last on the list of our chicken tender and then we'll call one last round the chickens and I see Terry just popped on so let's but let's take our chicken tender.
