So I was like, okay, I'm putting a stop to this because that's ridiculous a loaf of bread a day That's like a whole family what they use and they don't even use it like that a whole family lasts on a loaf for months Or at least when I was a kid they did I mean I might be dating myself But I couldn't help it. I was like this is ridiculous So what I've done now is just completely cut back instead of two sandwiches, it's one and Instead of three meals it's two meals every 12 hours And there's variations Like I'll have the sandwich and maybe I might follow what up with an apple or a piece of sausage But my god a loaf of a day.
