It's the capital city of Pennsylvania here. November 3, Fox struck Whiskey Echo. He worked the 13 colony special events for a number of years and I got to see his really cool QSO card. I also know this, the M3-PEN is one of the special events stations. Go figure. I do see Gulf Bravo 1. Gulf Bravo 1-3. Charlie Oscar Lima is one of the special events stations.
