Mike, if you were a smart person and taking the light rail or a bus or car pulling or something like that, and you had to drive your car down to the game or to the soccer match, can you imagine what the special event parking prices would be? Well, you know, that's a good point. I have a scooter and I have an orchid card. So I would definitely take that advantage of the public transit. And I heard it's pretty good. I haven't tried it yet, but I heard it's pretty good. And I do have an orchid card. Haven't tried it yet. But yeah, there's no way I take a car there. That'd be like going into Manhattan. It's like nobody takes a car, at least. Most people have to subway. But in this case, if I go up there, I'll be in a semi. So I don't fulfill this.
