Yeah, when the houses are kind of close. I've seen the Abrahams, where the houses are actually a lot closer than they are here, but they're close enough here anyway. So, oh man, I tell you, Bill, as the summer wears on and it gets really hot, we still have green now. Grass is still green, everything is still green now. And we've had green recently. But come by August, everything is going to be brown. We don't even care barbecue when it's like that. You know, all it would take would be one little spark in the wrong place. And you could literally take out the whole neighborhood too. And I wonder how the response would be to that. You know, if something happens in a neighborhood to burn, would the city's fire department be able to handle that, or would it take additional ... I don't know. I hope I don't learn the hard way.
