I sure do know what pierogies are. My wife was Hungarian and Slovak and so I do know what those are and she made good ones. But if it was my last meal, my brother-in-law owns a pretty well-known restaurant in our area and he makes this real Parmesan that's out of this world. It's fresh veal and they make it themselves, it's fresh veal and they bread it and everything. And with that I'd want to have leek.
